This book was NOT what I expected!!!! I don't feel as though a sequel needs to follow this book.... s
The story started off interesting but somewhere/somehow things got confusing and it didn't flow together for me! I will still try to read other books from this author to check them out!
I read this book in 2hrs, it was definitely a page turner from the beginning to the end, can't wait for part 2!!
Don't try to cross one friend when there's four of them...... Just know when there's a real and true friendship on the line you would do any and everything for them even break the law to help them out.....
It started out as a bet between four friends in college over spring break and the four friends end up doing unthinkable acts to come out on top as Ms. Wet Wet. This book definitely has a lot of eventful content. As the story develops you see Hope, Faith, Raquel, and Meka transform over time. Not only does the bet change them as individuals but it puts a strain on their friendship as well. I gave this book 3 stars because although it was entertaining, it was hard to follow at times due to character confusion and editing issues. This is my first time reading this author’s work. I would be interested in reading more about the four friends as well as reading her future books.
One simple bet among best friends caused everything to begin to spiral out of control! These chicks were willing to do just about anything to prove their wet, wet was better. Hope was undeniable about that money. This chick was doing the most and was really clocking those dollars. Raquel had it the worst in my opinion. To go from having someone willing to want to take care of you to them doing the unthinkable was crazy. Plus the extra habit that came along with dealing with them was too much. Oooh Meka! Now that chick tried talking a good game but really didn't want to do it. She wasted no time saying the hell will Jamal and what he had to say. Tisha was hard on Paul and I was mad at how the bet made her act towards him. I was glad that everyone who played a role in hurting the girls had to pay one price or another. Even though it took a terrible incident to occur, the girls were finally able to get right. Through all the encounters the girls were able to not only rebuild their friendship but also get paid. This all went to show just how dangerous having that good wet, wet can be!!! This is my first read by Brooklyn and I'm hoping if this is continued the girls won't decide to make anymore bets when it comes to their wet, wet.
The book is all over the place.
